A 30 minute Orthopedic Assessment takes place before the massage to ensure your bodies needs are met with a safe and effective treatment plan. Ideally you will wear gym shorts and a sports bra/tank top for the assessment portion, but dressing to your level of comfort takes precedence, so come on in with your hats and heels, I will make it work.
Following your assessment a 60 minute Remedial Massage incorporating a variety of Swedish and Non-Swedish Techniques, all based on what you are looking for that day, will take place. A small selection of Hydrotherapy is available along with Trigger Point Release. Special care is taken to ensure you are comfortable on the table with side lying and chair massage options available.
